REFUND AND EXCHANGE

At DRUM, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a smooth return/refund and exchange process, please review the following guidelines:

 

Return Policy

We facilitate returns exclusively for exchanges; refunds are not permitted. If the size you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it for an exchange to your preferred size. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from fragrance, with all tags attached.
3. Returns are not accepted for sale merchandise, accessories, and combo items.
4. If the preferred size is out of stock, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
 

Refund Policy

All sales are final, and goods sold are non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds once a transaction is confirmed. In exceptional cases where refunds are approved, they will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team for assistance. If the desired item for exchange is out of stock and you still wish to return the item, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement based on the availability of the item. If the desired item for exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

There may be a variance of +/- 1 inch in provided measurements and a 20% discrepancy in product color due to lighting, which are not considered defects.

Variations in print symmetry, alignment, and slight color patches are not considered defects.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@drumfashion.com or WhatsApp 012-5168726 to notify us of your intent to return.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return and exchange to.
3. Await further instructions from our customer service team regarding the return process.


Return Process

Once your return request is approved, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Upon receiving the return parcel, our team will inspect the item. Once the inspection is complete, we will ship out the new exchange item the next working day. The entire process may take up to 7 working days.

 

Shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping the item to our Headquarters in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Additionally, we will charge Postage Fee of RM7(West Malaysia) / RM15(East Malaysia) – Sabah, Sarawak to ship out the new exchange item.
