General

When you register, you are required to provide your information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be in unique and keep secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately.

Once registered, you may continue to shop in our website. For returning customers, you will just need to sign in to your registered account and continue with the shopping. To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.

When making an order, you must follow the instructions provided when making and order or changes to your order before submitting it to the website. When an order is made, you are subjected to the terms and conditions. You are responsible to read the terms and condition when an order is submitted.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using eGHL, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Vouchers

Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Our vouchers are only valid for purchasing products online.

Delivery

Kindly take note that we will process and send out all order within 24 hours after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.The product will be sent to the shipping address which was provided by customer when the item was placed. Once the product is shipped, we will notify the registered email address with the tracking number.

If any cancellation of order needs to be done, please contact the headquarters at 03-92266635 immediately within business hours to ensure that the item has not dispatched yet. If the following item has dispatched, cancellation cannot be done anymore.

We offer free delivery of items over RM 150 (Only in Malaysia).For items less than RM 150, we charge RM7 for deliveries to West Malaysia and RM 10 to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

We reserve the rights to change all these terms & conditions stated above without noticing anyone via online. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Orders and Contracts made or to be made by us for the sale and supply of our products.

Exchange Policy

Item is only allowed to be exchanged within 7 days after the received date (Item needs to be in new and unworn condition together with the original tags)

If the item needs to be exchanged for a different size, design or colour, we will grant the request for the exchange process for only ONCE. Exchanged item needs to be sent to the main headquarters of DRUM located at No 2-1, Warisan Cityview, Block J, Jalan 4/93A, Batu 2 1/2, Jalan Cheras, 56100 Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur.. This cost will need to be borne by customer, however we will ship the exchanged item back to customers for free.(For items that needs to be exchanged, customer must include returned items and the invoice/receipt that was issued)

We try our best to deliver goods of acceptable quality so the exchange policy can only be enforced only if the product is faulty upon delivery. We will then inspect the faulty products within reasonable time. To be able to claim remedies for the faulty products, we may need your help to provide detailed information regarding the faulty product.

We do not do refund policy but in certain circumstances if customers are not happy with the product, and the product need to be returned to us. We will refund customers with a store credit consisting of the value of the product. (Note: This store credit can be used to purchase items only from our online store)
